Thanks to the “Welcome to Bike” project, you can discover some of the most evocative places of the province of Pordenone by bike.
You are offered 5 cycling routes (221 km overall) and the possibility of staying at hotels which are equipped for this purpose with all comforts and helpfulness.

The routes run through fluvial parks, river springs and inspirational places of artists such as Ippolito Nievo, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Antonio De’ Sacchis… they go through the “Grave del Friuli”, wide plains cultivated with vineyards, and through boundless alluvial plains, named “magredi”.

During the routes you can also admire the lands where mosaic is produced, in a medieval atmosphere among towers and ancient castles. The last step of the routes is the high piedmont plain at the foot of the Friulan Dolomites, which has been declared Natural Heritage of Humanity.
